Omar is the worst service advisor I've ever worked with ever. He has no customer service skills. I had to call Honda Corporate on him because he hung up on me during our conversation.
I will be following up with honda Corporate about this matter. I also have an email into the general manager of Norm Reeves. Kevin was great and handled the situation.
