I was told my car was not under warranty and it was covered. I had to look up the information myself and then when it was presented to your dealership it still had to be verified. This should not happen in my opinion. Very dishonest, and it would have cost me a lot out of pocket. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I expect higher standards than what I received.

I found an in/out packet of dressing on my driver side door pocket after receiving the car on tuesday 10/20/2020. I was having my AC serviced and my middle console charger serviced and left the car overnight. I have never eaten inside my car since ownership and to find a dressing packet in my car is alarming.
