The wait time for me to get my car serviced was ridiculous. I waited there for the vehicle. Told the rep that I would be waiting. My appointment was at 1:20 and I didn't leave until 3:55 and that is because I went and asked multiple times for my car to get serviced faster. At that point there is no point in an appointment

Issue with clogged ducts was dealt with twice before, in March and.April. $600+. Glad we weren't charged.
Water was leaking into front seat areas. Never had that kind of issue with any previous vehicle with moonroof.
