The service was excellent the agent was excellent trying to get an appointment was another story. I called on a Monday specifically for this agent they told me he wasn't an so I left a message didn't receive a call on Wednesday so I called back and they said he wasn't in that day I said okay call back I
I'm not sure one other day and they told me they he was there but they couldn't find him which I knew wasn't true. It's so important to be truthful with your clients if he's not there if he's going to be out for a few days that's fine just tell me and if you don't know when he'll be back have someone call and say you know what you left a message he's not available whatever how can we help you or do you want to wait for him to come back.

Omar is very nice person . I had very welcome when I went to drop my car for recall services. When I arrived I was told that there is power down but he helped me on paper work and assured that periodic updates will be provided .
Once power is back , my car was ready and I told him that I don’t have any lock up service available . He heard it and made it assured that pick up service will be provided.
He is the nicest person I have met at Honda service center.
