Brandon did a great job with his service. But we were disappointed with the dept/team that actually do the recall on our vehicle. They left a small bump on the dash board right in front of the driver seat. It was too obvious that even it was already repaired it didn't go back to how it was used to be. Include the hassle that we have to go back & wait for almost 2 hrs for it to get fixed. When we also got it the first time when they did the recall, my husband noticed that part where the steering wheel is attached was not pushed all the way. So it didn't clicked/hooked back properly when parts where placed back by whoever do the recall.

Who knows how Much I have been duped over time. The Sales Manager who was called to try & resolve issues, Mr. Rodriguez made it worse by calling me names & told me I’m very unprofessional after I told him, I want to speak with the right Person. The service department needs more than just one person. He alone cannot keep up the amount of cars coming in for service. The amount of time to basically do a 10,000 mile service took too long. I dropped off the car at 1045am for 1100am appointment and car wasn't ready till 4pm. The Technician who worked on my car for whatever reason didn't compensate for the fact the car was driven to dealership and air pressure on tires would go up easily 3 to 5lbs psi. The cold tire inflation psi is 36 for the jetta I drive. I had to check first thing in the morning and all 4 tires were at 33psi for which I had to inflate to proper 36psi cold. I probably would not go to your dealership again.
