When I talked to Debra she said there was another recall we don't have the part for the camera wanted to make an appointment to do all at once I did not want to wait because the harness in the door that was recalled could cause fire I drive my grandchildren around so I'm fine with doing it in two Saturdays I get there and bill says I'm not on the list I explained it to Bill he got me in but wasn't happy bill wanted me to come back next Saturday and I said if I do that than I'm going to need a loaner and he replies for what its none of his damn business so happy its done but not happy I had to deal with this also they just happened to find 1 back up camera that I was told they were out of

The appointment process was awkward, made one on line and called the day before to confirm and it still did not go through. I was kept waiting over 20 minutes before a service advisor came out. My A/C diagnostic was NOT communicated to me even though I called three times. I came in to pick up my car and was told the A:C confessor would be covered but the part was not in stock and had no ETA. Great news on a 90 degree day. I purchased the car at this dealer but only got one key. I was shocked to find a duplicate would cost over $200.00. In general I was very disappointed with the level of execution even though all the people were very courteous.
