Was very happy with service. Very disappointed in watching the sales staff, including management staff - no masks and not practicing socal distancing, complete disregard for customers in the building. At this point in time, would not consider and without discourage any of my friends from shopping at your location. Sales force not compliant with after regulations and should be reported.

My complaint is not with Tony Ybarra. He is great at what he does, and I'm glad when I have him as my advisor. My problem is with the Ford Motor Company. I needed some parts which were out of production as my car is old. They need to have parts like that available from some source. Those are very common failures and they've run out of stock.
