The vehicle service was great however the technician needs additional customer service training.

The service is always quick and the staff is always knowledgeable. Everything is always explained to me so I can understand. Igor always makes sure I understand what is being done to my car and goes above and beyond to fix minor things like my Bluetooth (in a past appointment). Love going to Charlotte Volkswagen!
