Tom was absolutely helpful, professional and friendly. I showed up 20 minutes late due to some home responsibilities and let him know that it would be great if they could get done in time for me to pickup my daughter from daycare. He said he would try his best to meet my needs but they were busy...in the end he was able to get me out of there with plenty of time to spare and my car issues are solved. Thanks for the excellent service that exceeded my expectations and understanding the urgency of parenting challenges these days.
