Joshua was really amazing. He was incredibly friendly and communicative and sympathetic. He was responsive to my concerns and very detailed in his describing the process of fixing my vehicle. He was able to call me in a timely manner about my vehicle and also fun to talk to.

Made an appointment at 8:45am and told I won't have to wait more than 1.5 hours. I arrive and Service advisor tells me it's not an appointment it's a check in and I'm 3rd in line and may be 3 hours. This is unacceptable and will not return to Norm Reeves again. I bought my car here and had it serviced since day 1. I don't like being lied to.
