The service and customer service was horrendous. I have owned many cars over the years and always have them serviced at the dealer. I will assure you that I will never use the services at Norm Reeves ever again. I would rather go to Valvoline than leave my car with your service center. I would love the opportunity to speak to someone about the ordeal I went through not to cause a problem but to help your company fix the dis function that is going on at Norm Reeves. I am a business owner and if someone was treated as poorly as I was I would want to know so I could remedy the situation.

Quoted one price when I went to pay the gentleman said he was confused and quoted a different price. I feel like they should not be telling customers one price and when you are paying you get charged. I could have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed
