My car was finished for at least 20 minutes before I was able to leave. When I asked about it, I was told that the paperwork wasn't done yet. When I went back to the desk later, it still wasn't done, but the lady at the counter completed it and gave me my key.

Joshua Martinez was outstanding and was able to explain everything going on with my car in simple terms. Really glad he was able to assist me. Also wanted to make sure I give some positive feedback to Paul who helped me during my last visit in August.
