No communication... warranty is full of it... don’t understand why is it that I have to pay 150 twice for a electrical problem... because my airbag sensor , windshield wipers are off the headlight is off the turn signal is off so now I have to pay 300 dollars because is two different components...what a scam....that’s a car dealership for you....

I got lost and was late for my appointment. I called and rescheduled my appointment. However, I was able to figure out where I was and drove to directly to your place. The day before I had a procedure done for skin cancer and found out I have a bone spur on my heel. I had this on my mind and I was angry with myself for getting lost. Mr. Ybarra was VERY PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING. He told me that I didn't need to come back later, they can do it now. His respect and calm manner gave me a sense that everything is going to be alright. He set the tone for the rest of my day. Thank you very much Mr. Ybsrra.

I am extremely disappointed in the way business was carried out during my visit.
I booked a simple oil change as I reached 7,500 miles on my car. Once on site, I asked to pay in advance to do the work since I was in a rush to attend several meetings. I was presented with an estimate of $180 for that service. Perplex by the cost, I asked the manager how he could justify it, the response I received did not clarify the actual work that would end up being performed on the vehicle.
After I left and still in shock by the cost for this oil change, I went online and printed a coupon from your dealership which would allowed me to get the oil change service for $94+tax. Being busy at work, I asked one of my employee to pick up the car for and apply the coupon so i could get reimbursed. Unfortunately, I never got to speak to your agent but essentially I was sold a different service that I asked for and the charges were kept the same. My employee was in no position to argue and just took car.
Though you provided a service that probably cost the charges I received, I never asked for it. I was simply sold something other than what I requested and was given a vague explanation for it. One could argue this is pure miscommunication, I believe your agent applied a sales tactic that brings a moral concern on my part and certainly will make me consider other options for servicing my vehicle in the future.
