The only issue we had was when dropping off the car there was no process in place like other dealerships. We stood there waiting 10 minutes before someone waited on us.

I had auto in for oil and filter change. Technician replaced windshield wiper assemblies according to service receipt but wiper assemblies were replaced two days prior by owner. Upon reviewing wiper replacement determined assemblies were different on each side of auto. End caps were different. Assembly caps missing. Wiper on driver side bowed. Did not hug windshield. Owner had replaced wiper blades for snow and rain for upcoming trip across country. Owner did not approve wiper replacement service.
