Joshua has excellent customer relations skills. This was my first visit to your service center, and what started out as a poor first impression was turned around by the attention given to my needs. My last 4 cars over 20 years were from Longo Toyota, and their service center always greeted me immediately at drive up. At 8:30am, there was no one for what seemed like an eternity. As I explained to Joshua, I live in Arcadia and could go anywhere for service, but I expected the service center to be as good as the sales department. Joshua should be one of your highly valued employees/representatives.

I went in during my lunch on a busy day. I waited in my car for 20 before I decided to go in and look for help. At that point I was angry because I waited an hour in my car my previous visit. Brandon was assisting another customer but seen me and tried to help. I was rude to him and went off. he remained calm took down my number and car keys and I was free to go back to work. He did his best to deescalate the situation and was courteous the whole time. He kept contact with me and was very thorough when explaining things. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service and professionalism. I have never seen someone handle the situation like he did.

After all that was done & tested you'd think my thermometer would read correctly. When I started it up it read 195 F. Was running late to work or I would have turned around. When I started it up after work was at 95F, then went to 195F and stayed there. What's up with that? Please advise,
if it is something I can do or when I feel like taking another hour drive up sometime you can do along with my free wash (I know, they were trying to save me time, appreciated it)
