Completely unprofessional. Went in to get last minute warranty parts replaced since I had bought the vehicle some parts on it were already damaged and I was promised it’d get check out and handled by the dealer since I was buying my car there new. Two years later they dont want to honor because there’s a waiting period for approval then days later Brandon tells me it might take weeks that if by then the car got approved if it was over the miles it wouldnt qualify anymore. I also asked him to check out the AC system since I was hearing a hissing noise when the AC was on. He had his technician check the car out. Found nothing and didnt even try selling me any service. I knew the vehicle was due for oil change at least as well as wipers. When I asked him why he wasnt offering to sell any service he said he wasnt trying to up sell me anything that the car clearly has been getting serviced elsewhere why would I get anything done there? Maybe because I got the car there? After all it is a Honda dealer. I don’t understand what your job is if youre not trying to sell service.I ask if anything is due or what the inspection looked like he says everything is ok except for the tires I ask him how the air filter and cabin filter look and he says theyre good. So I ask if he can sell me all three wiper inserts and an oil change. Fast forward couple of days I pick up the car. The steering wheel finally got replaced. The wipers got changed. As my oil change. The noise on the AC is still there he tells me thru the phone the AC system passes. That its functioning and nothing he can do. And I go in the car to inspect the filters only to find that I am due for filters. My filters are black. Why then lie and say they’re good? Is that Honda Quality? Or the Norm Reeves way? For this place being a dealer after the way this was handled I only hope I never have to go back. On top of that I take my vehicle to another dealer only to find out that there is in fact a leak in the AC system. You guys really out did yourselves. Thankfully I was helped out in a timely manner with a service you cant beat. So I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Just finished speaking with Kevin Meavham to refund me on the wrong diagnosis your mechanic made and messed up the valve adjustment, the car was in really bad shape and loud when I decided to drive the car to another mechanic shop!! The car was super quiet and no noise fm the valves! Kevin promised me I’ll get a refund, this was 10 min ago. Still no RECEIPT, texted or emailed. I have also left 2 VM for Catherine Sshlueter trying to explain to her the situation. I feel she is avoiding me since never returned my calls and was not available when I came to your dealership.
