Unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved. Last time I spoke to Juan I was advised to call Coorpiate for assistance. That was not successful nor did they help at all. Admittedly called won back explaining the outcome. He stated that he was sorry that happened and he would look into it and give me a call. That was a week ago and nothing. I have taken my vehicle there 3 times for the same issue and still no results. The mentioned my last visit a code came up and said brake unit but obviously i it wasn’t a concern to them. The issues have been my vehicle wanting to stall out and brake and turn safety features aggressively stopping and pulling my vehicle hard to the right. Twice I had a extreme jault with no reason or vehicle close to me to have that happen. According to several individuals I was advice to turn off the safety features and read the manual pages 31-59. This has been very disappointing and unfortunately I feel that Honda or Juan Luna have taken me seriously. I would like to resolve this and understand why my vehicle is continuing to be unsafe for me. This started six months into getting it and barely one year having the CRV and I don’t feel safe in it all all. Respectfully, Kathy R

Your aggressive approach to appraisals on vehicles & selling of additional services is annoying along with all the texts. My service technician at Wilde Honda was not aggressive about services but suggested services which I prefer.
