I waited 2 hours during a pandemic for an oil change and they didn’t wash my car. Also only 2 chairs outside is not what I call a safe waiting area. Valvoline would have changed my oil in 15 minutes and I wouldn’t have to get out of my car. I have been a loyal customer and love that I would get a car wash but now...... ??

Service was fine. I trust that the sensors are finally fixed. When I turned in the CRV for its 1st A-1 service I was told that the cost would be ~1/2 log the normal $120. When my daughter picked up I she was charged the full price.
