I am very disappointed with the Cerritos Honda Service Center. I took my 2018 Clarity in for the recall. I was asked to have a half tank of gas in my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle and drove away the gas range was at ZERO. I had to turn around and go back to the dealership. Turns out the Technician/Mechanic did not complete the job or did not assemble the parts correctly. This is very upsetting because now I have to miss a few more hours of work tomorrow morning to take care of this. I would like a Representative to contact me in regards to this matter. Thank you

In terms of customer service I feel like I had the least amount of interaction I’ve ever had. Very little eye contact from anyone, no one said thank you, very little communication when in person however, the text messaging and calls were very good from Thanh. We also were looking at purchasing a vehicle there but had the most reluctant sales person who gave less than the bare minimum amount of effort when speaking with us. Very rude and dismissive of my finance. Johnathan.
