I am very pleased with the service. Candice was very responsive and communicated clearly each time. She even got me a loaner vehicle seamlessly and coordinated a shuttle from the dealership as well. This made it very convenient for me.
The service team was able to resolve the issue a lot quicker than expected so I really appreciated that as well. Overall it was a great experience!

I called to get an update on my car. I requested a callback. Nothing for an hour. I kept calling for another hour, I couldn't get through your phone automation to an actual operator for an hour. It took your people 5 hours to complete a routine 25K mile checkpoint. Awful experience all around
