Brought the car in for routine maintenance. Got billed for B 23 maintenance. The next day the battery died and I had to buy a new one as the car wouldn’t start when it was parked on Citrus Ave in downtown Covina. After the battery was installed I drove the car back to the dealership. The car dashboard now read “the Pressure monitor problem “ I was told that my tires needed air. Tonight the same message came up. I should have a refund for all the bad workmanship. The car came in working fine now everything seems to be going wrong.

As usual, the Norm Reeves team was outstanding! They make you feel like a cherished family member. The store is comfortable and laid out with the client in mind. I’ll make a suggestion: breakfast options before 11am are scarce. A restaurant on the premises would be great like the Southbay Ford near the 405fwy and Rosecrans. But other than that, Norm Reeves is the only dealership that I love to patronize.
