Time promised was not met. I got in at 7:08 and my advisor promised a wait time of 2.5-3 hrs for the service. I followed up about 3.5 hrs. He said about 20 more mins.i waited 5 hrs the whole time. I took initiative to bother another advisor to help. Joshua help me to track the progress of my car's service. If 1 advisor disappears for lunch ,it would be nice to have someone to cover his job.or maybe let the customer know to wait more longer for its break time.

I enjoy working with Leo he explained to me that because I’ve been on top of my car services that the oil change and tires rotated since rotation was was what needed to be done. He took time to explained to me what services would be required at certain mileage and he explained of the financial services that they have if it ever needs to be required.
