Honestly, the only reason I say yes, is because Mike was a good guy and he took care of the situation. Making an appointment and talking to people on the phone was not a good experience. Once I got there, I was even told I didn’t have an appointment that it was made for the wrong location. I explained what happened to Mike and he took care of everything and saved the day. Great customer service was received from Mike.

my car was ready for an hour prior to me getting it
i went out in the parking lot after waiting what seemed like too long and it was there
i asked a employee “are the cars here complete” and he said “yes”:
so then i got the agent who checked me in to alert HIM…rather than he alert ME….that the car was ready.
