Are you guys serious? I was charged 200 dollars for diagnostics I was forced to purchased a new tire for two hundred dollars in order for my car to be diagnosed, I was charged 400 for a coil, one coil parts and labor, I had all four coils replace for 200 dollars 150000 miles before, any other service dept would have thrown in free diagnostics if I repaired the car at the dealer born reeves just places profit over customer satisfaction, a four hundred dollar job you guys turned in to an 830 dollar job that’s even after the military discount this is a tough economy and you people are making it worst I really hope you guys change your ways but find it hard to believe it will happen, I asked for a paper copy I’m filling a complaint with the manufacturer make sure Toyota knows about your bad practices also I was forced to buy the tire it was never a suggestion by Mr Farr please look at the cctv footage

Richard explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle to an extent. When I asked for more details, he got frustrated. He contradicted himself regarding what needed to be replaced, and when I questioned him he did not like that. He had limited knowledge on my vehicle’s problems, and got annoyed because I didn’t simply accept what he told me. This is the reason I decided to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere.
