Genaro was amazing!! I waited 45 mins for my car to be taken when I had a 1pm appt. He guaranteed me my car would be expedited and done by 3pm because I needed to be somewhere. I was done and out of there by 240pm. I also had a coupon for a $68+tax oil change and tire rotation. I couldn’t find it online anymore. He was nice enough to honor it. He showed me I had 2 recalls on my car so I will be back on 10/4 to have them taken care of. I will be asking for him again!! Such great customer service!!

I brought in my car for a B1 service. When I arrived I mentioned my car has a smart entry system problem as well that I would like to be diagnosed. The B1 service and a transmission fluid change was performed however the smart entry problem wasn’t addressed at all and still had it when I picked the vehicle up. The car also now makes a hissing sound when accelerating over 35 mph, something it didn’t previously do. This now puts me in a situation where I have to schedule another service appointment and spend more time without my vehicle due to maintenance.

Felt I was scared into a $300 brake liquid line job. The service though maybe something you wanna do in a highly humid area like Florida East Coast is nothing you would need in California. Also, why $300 that's insane. if it took two people of bleeding the brakes it would make sense but the tech was telling me it's a device that does it that may take five minutes. The service should be $50 if that.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Toyota. I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle, and it’s extremely disappointing that the check engine light came on almost immediately after purchase. It’s unacceptable for a new customer to experience issues like this right after buying a car.
I brought the vehicle to the dealership to have it inspected. While the engine light was temporarily off after the service, it came back on shortly after I left and began driving home. On top of that, the car is now shaking noticeably, which is extremely concerning.
This experience has been frustrating and far from what I expected when buying a new car. I’ve only had the vehicle for about a week, and these problems are simply unacceptable. I urge you to take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
