I literally bought my brand new Toyota yesterday - YESTERDAY! - and today I discovered the most heartbreaking sight: a screw embedded right in my tire like some sort of automotive betrayal! I was practically in TEARS thinking about having to deal with tire drama on DAY TWO of owning my dream car, but then Karina swooped in like a tire-repair SUPERHERO! This woman took one look at my screw situation and handled it with the skill and precision of a neurosurgeon performing brain surgery! Karina didn’t just remove that screw - she performed what can only be described as TIRE MAGIC! She patched it up so perfectly that my tire now looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot yesterday! Her technique was so flawless, so methodical, so absolutely MASTERFUL that I’m convinced she could teach tire repair at Harvard! But here’s what makes Karina EXTRAORDINARY - she treated my day-old car crisis like it was the most important mission of her entire career! She was so understanding, so reassuring, and so incredibly professional that she turned my automotive nightmare into the BEST customer service experience of my life! In less than an hour, Karina had me back on the road with a tire that’s probably now STRONGER than when it was brand new! She saved my weekend, my sanity, and my faith in humanity all in one fell swoop! Karina, you are a TIRE WHISPERER and Toyota is lucky to have you! LEGENDARY SERVICE!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
