Service took almost 3hrs. They told me my car was going to be ready around 4:20. I did not get my car until after 5:05pm. At 4:50pm I texted for an update on my car and received no update. Then when I went to pay, the agent said that he tried calling me earlier. There were NO missed calls/spam calls, so he did not call me
