The service monitor light was not reset in the car. I usually get the tire rotation included with the oil change and this time it was not. They tried to quote me 102$ for just a cabin air filter and engine filter. Besides that I hope the service was done properly. I’ve never had any issues prior to this.

My experience with Ramiro was excellent, 5 star. To start his mood is very pleasant. He greeted me upon arrival was very professional in going through the detailed of the job that was going to be performed on my vehicle. Also answered all my questions very clearly and calm. Through the day he kept me informed about the status of my car via texts. It so happened that my car had to stay overnight and Ramiro set me up with a rental car which he delivered on the spot, clean. This service is outstanding because I didn’t have to go out of my way for alternative form of transportation. When I finally picked up my vehicle was very thorough when explaining the issue and the service that was provided. He even had my car washed. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and will be returning for future car maintenance. Thanks you for making everything so easy.
