Omar was a very attentive and easy going rep to deal with. he was knowledgeable and assisted me 100% throughout the whole repair process. I definitely felt I was being more taken care of here at Norm Reeves then at Honda of Escondido where I usually take my car. I will not be taking it there anymore. My odyssey is having transmission issues. It’s a 2019 and does not drive like it did when I leased it. I need to get into another vehicle. The transmission slips and sticks and bangs. It hesitates and does not drive well. I NEVER would have leased one had I known what would happen in just one year. I need someone to help me. This is not fair. The van is a lemon. I just want what I paid for and I need to know what my options are. I’d be happy finding a certified pre owned vehicle at one of your dealerships, but waiting for that transmission to die in my van is not safe and it’s not fair. I’m anxious every time I drive the vehicle, especially with my family inside of it. Imagine if the transmission stops working in the middle of an intersection. What would happen to my family? I trusted Honda, the “helpful” Honda people and I’ve received nothing but grief, anxiety and disregard.
