I was extremely disappointed when I came into the service department John was great in the beginning doing everything possible to help me but when he made a mistake and I told him that was Infiniti’s job to take care the error for giving me a price that was lower than the actual amount. Now,the problem in this place is always the person bringing your car to the front when is ready. They are the most stupid people I ever seen in a work place, why? Why you hire these people to give us such a last impression as a customer? This guy(I won't mention his name) gives me the car keys and he takes off. I'm all surrounded by cars and there's no way for me to get out! Hello! This guy is more stupid than the one before, again, why?
