Overall I was satisfied with the service until one week of driving the car I noticed the AC/heated seats stopped working. In addition, the AC began to blow weaker on the passenger side of the car. Everything was working fine when it came to those two things until I took it in for service.

Whoever checked my tire air pressure torqued the valve caps to 30 foot pounds of torque, way too much. I had to ask mechanic for players to get two caps off. Also, I get the excuse of COVID, but no car wash? My wife’s mom gets her car washed at Mercedes with no issues, just saying.
