I got charged twice, tried paying online, it didn't go thru. When I went to pick up car, the guy who checked me out, checked for me, said it wasn't showing so I paid again. Now I show 2 charges. I called the service department, receptionist said guy was out but left message for manager who never called me back. Been a customer for a long time but it seems like when you have issues, no one ever calls back. Not pleased with the customer service.

This is the third time that I brought my new car in for low tire pressure It has 4000 miles on it. I will be VERY annoyed if it needs to be brought in every 1000 miles to adjust tire pressure.
