As I arrived a group of guys stood in the middle by check in, they clearly seen me and did not direct which side to leave the vehicle as I parked they asked to move the vehicle on the left side for Hyundai services. After, waited for a representative they checked other cars before me with no appointment!!!, final the car is available for pick up. They kept asking what vehicle did I bring in what kind of car did I have!. Isn’t that the whole point of paperwork?, and contracts?. So there is not any confusion?.
