I responded to an offer to have my tires rotated on my 2019 Honda CR-V. Dropped the car off, waited for an hour, service person came out and said the tires can’t be rotated because back tires have more tread than the front, saying they should have been rotated before. I pointed out that you folks do my service. He said, “hmm.”

I came in late to pick up my repair. Team members Mark Farrugia and Arbenz were locking up when they saw me, came out, and greeted me and helped process me out. We were not done until 6:20. They went above and beyond, were incredibly courteous and helpful.
Also my complements to the glass guy, Bob. New windshield looks great and he was nice enough to leave me two strips of 3M tape for my dash cam, which I didn't even think about.
