He kindly explained the vehicle check procedure as well as some possible scenarios that are expected after inspection. He let me know that alarm problem could be fixed with no charge. Service time is also satisfactory, approximate 2 hours. Overall, I was very pleased with the service today.

Bring back the carwash service! Covid is a lame excuse when your foot traffic is excessively high if covid was a concern. Secondly, all i wanted was to pay for the service rendered and get out! Instead i was given the "i have to deal with my service advisor" wait time was too long and fellow service advisors and not willing to help. That is not acceptable.
