I was shocked that after car was kept (on my request) due to out of town that the car wasn’t washed or anything - outside of car have a lot of dirty and mud from rain but I was under the impression of a car wash or wipe down of some sort , also headlights warning sigal keeps coming on - I had no issue with that before car was sent in .

The car has not been fixed yet, as soon as we picked it up it was apparent that the noise was not corrected. We left the car in your lot to be fixed Monday morning. Please call me immediately to discuss this unfortunate matter. This is the second time in as many weeks that we brought this car over for the same problem. I would have hoped that your technician have test driven it afterwards to see if the problem had gone away.

Horrible service I had an appointment at 1:30 and i finally had to call manager to help me out and then I got a call back from my service advisor and was notified that I need new batteries and maybe a alternator but I need to pay $260 to find out what was wrong but I had it towed to the dealer and triple AAA checked my batteries and said they were both good so I told my serviced advisor and he said that was what the technician said so I just did my oil change and filter and had my truck towed to another dealer and they told me it was the alternator and that my batteries were good I know you guys are desperate for money but that’s not the right way to do service I’m very disappointed with your company and I’m reporting this so you won’t take advantage of other people and if you don’t believe me call me and I’ll show you report I honestly don’t how you guys are still in business your department was so slow to bring cars and check in lots of people complaining
