I just picked up my vehicle after being in the service dept for over a month. Mind you I’ve only had the vehicle for 3mths now. When we went in to pick it up and it was filthy! My vehicle is white and it had layers of dirt. I jokingly asked the advisor if the dirt was free and he didn’t even offer to have my car washed. I had an Infinity prior to this vehicle and they ALWAYS made sure the vehicles were washed after being serviced.

my car had major scratches and they didn’t really care to fix or help with the issue they just offered to repaint and that’s all when i drove out of the lot which looked fine cause was later in day but when arrive strictly home there were so noticeable wish they treated me with respect but thank you to the service team for dealing and expressing my stress
