This is the worst car service experience we have ever had. Brand new 2026 car acting weird in the morning. Dropped off car around 3pm, Ruben said they were too busy to check on the car on the same day. Asked for a loaner car, Ruben responded with a “deal with it yourself” attitude. Second day, no response. Called around 3pm and the receptionist said Ruben was not at his desk but he is good at responding and will get back to me. Still no response for another 24 hours. Called again the third day around 3pm, the Receptionist still couldn’t get a hold of Ruben. I asked for any status of my car, it doesn’t matter if it’s they are still too busy to check on it, or they couldn’t figure out the problem, or even Ruben was not at work… I needed it to know how long I need to borrow a car or rent a car. I got no response, not even a message letting me know if anyone was working on it. Monday morning after my husband came back from the trip, he went to Honda dealer to get the car back without it being fixed. Ruben told my husband that the fuel we put in was bad, but last time we put the fuel in was two weeks ago and it was from the 76 gas station in La Palma. No other explanation and car was not fixed. Not knowing the reason why my car was not fixed after 4 days, but it was not that hard to at least let your costumers know the situation before we had to visit the shop to find out. After car was picked up the same condition as I dropped off, I then got a message said my car was all serviced and ready for pick up. It feels like a joke because the car was not “serviced” and already been picked up. There was no need to send a routine message like this when he failed the communication with the costumers. I wasn’t planning to complain about the situation until I got a message asking about my satisfaction. This is my honest opinion and I hope Honda dealer can do better because this is the brand we love and we trust.
