Rather long wait in the non appointment line before someone approached me. But after that everything ran very well. Chris greeted me with a friendly attitude and he was on top of things.

I went in to get my seatbelt replaced. When I was leaving I noticed my car was scratched in the inside by where the buckle was replaced. I spoke the manager he told me they removed the seat their no way it could of gotten scratched he offer me a free oil change and walked away. I then when in my car I tried to clean where the damage was done. I know I didn’t cause it because it’s in a tight area. I then walked into the office and told the manager I don’t want freebie I didn’t come in for my car get damage. He then told me he rushed order the part for the part that got damage. He then said regardless of how the damage was made I want make you happy. I felt like he was blaming me for it.

Trinity is the reason my family and I have been going to this particular Norme Reeves! She always provides excellent customer service and goes beyond to make a client feel very satisfied. I am really surprised she is not in a manger or upper management role, as she delivers exceptional service as well as have great people skills, and a positive attitude.
