4 times I had my vehicle in for the same issues. HAD an extended warranty to cover Everything. Asked for my vehicle to be inspected for Any issues to be covered. Still having issues w my window after 4th visit and replacing the master window panel That Was covered under warranty. Now my warranty Is Expired. So any other issues I HAVE to pay for. I'm NOT 100% Satisfied.

I used the online scheduling tool to make my oil change appointment and was surprised to see I got within 20 min of my requested time even though I booked less than 24 hours out.. Great service tool.
I was interested in a trailer hitch and Jennifer helped provide a quote. I asked if it was the regular 2” receiver or the 1-1/4” like I had on my explorer and she did not know. She called parts and they did not have an immediate answer. I was leary at the price and asked if she could do a discount on the parts price. And I was told a 10% discount could be applied to the parts. I checked out with another service clerk and did not check to see if the parts were discounted. At home I realized they were not and checking the internet it seemed Honda advertised the hitch at $416 where I paid $462. I love the hitch and how cleanly the Honda part is hidden by the rear bumper. I found many options for hitches between $200 and $300 online. Glad to help the dealer where I bought my van, so if anything can be done to reduce the parts and apply the discount now that I am home it would be greatly appreciated.
