On multiple occasions, when dropping off my car to be serviced, it has taken over 25 minutes for my car to be delivered after payment and having them tell me it will just be a few moments.
This past time, it took 36 minutes (I timed them on my phone) because no one knew where my car was. This is unsatisfactory to lose a car and keep the client waiting for such a long period of time. He said he would notify his supervisor but I never saw one. And I still have never been contacted by anyone apologizing for everything.

My vehicle went in for the service that was recommended by my service rep Daniel. He did a great job by keeping me informed and up to date on my car it's the actual service that was bad. I wanted my tires balanced the car now vibrates more than before I took it in. Huge inconvenience. I switched from Caruso Ford because of their customer service. The only reason I haven't stopped coming to Norm Reeves is because the customer service is way better then anywhere else, but what is going on with the quality control are the mechanics all new, or did I just get the new guy.
