Took a couple days longer 5 days on-site. No a timely reasonable response back to customer, hard to contact had to leave numerous texts and phone calls for a response. Felt left out and frustrated.

Your team last minute was able to get me an Appt for tire rotation that we needed for a sudden weekend out trip and had the service done in under an hour. I had called around to other service shops and was told I could be on stand by with a wait of 3-4 hours with no guarantee they could actually get me in.
