The service tec unbuckled the child car seat and should have advised me of this. As the car seat is buckled from
behind, its not obvious that it has been detached.
Imagine driving the car with kid in car seat that has been detached from the seatbelt. Thats a major safety issue. I should have been advised the recall would require manipulation of the car seat and that I would have to reinstall it.
