My service writer was Trinity Guzman. Excellent service writer excellent listener knowing exactly what was wrong with the car by the expert mechanic that indicated to her what was needed it was a starter. This visit was a very good visit, I could see there had been positive changes not only with the service writers but also with the people that performed the work on the vehicles.

I believe this is my third of forth visit and I keep coming back due to the service and honesty of your staff. After purchasing this car I first went to the dealership I bought it from, even though it was further away, and it was not a good experience. Then I tried your location. This is the second time Nathan has assisted me with my visit. He’s built rapport and I feel very comfortable asking questions. He takes the time to explain, be thorough, asked if I have any question, if I agree, and shows concern on a personal level, all while being efficient with time. I have already shared my good experience with family and will continue to do so with others when the occasion arises. Gary Ohnesorgen informed me that they included a tire rotation on my car. Upon inspecting the tires they were in the exact same place, I know this because last week I had a flat tire due to a nail, that was the right rear tire, it is in the exact same place because I could see the whole on there. I would like an explanation why I was lied to and charged a 30 dollar fee for something that wasn't done. Please don't **** your customer. I will rate as well due to this bad service
