Juan was great but I don't appreciate being lied to. I was there at 1pm and Joe told me to come back at 4 pm and that the wait would be 15 mins. I did so and the the wait was still over 2 hours. I could have taken care of my issue the first time and not have to come back. Bad!!!!

I Purchased my vehicle from Ray Fladeboe Honda and have had all of my servicing performed by the dealership that is now owned by Norm Reeves. I have always been happy with the service. I do hope you restore the complementary car wash however. I was disappointed that it was discontinued. It was always a good feeling to leave knowing my car was in tip too shape, inside and out!
