Joshua was very professional, helpful, and informative. He was very thorough when explaining the recommended maintenance. I also wanted to mention that Trinity Guzman has been providing excellent service to us too. These two are great service advisors.

Too many customers during my visit caused some issues. Jo was great in his service but due to rush we could not discuss inspection points clearly. Also the refilling of radiator fluid was forgotten but Jo attended to it and assisted me very quickly. It was a busy time and I understand.

I went to get a service and add the running boards to my car. But the oil was not reset and the tire pressure were not the same on the tires after rotating. Customer service is good. But i should not have to check that oil is rest and tire pressure is correct. This is the second time for my tire pressure that is wrong and not balanced. I called to speak to supervisor and she never called me back.
