This is my second time doing my change oil at the Norm Reeves Honda dealer. I was very satisfied and Anthony was very helpful and accommodating. I told them that I need to work at noon at the LA clinic. If it was possible that the service would be done before 12. And it was done around 11 am and I was not late at work. I really appreciate how they accommodate my request. Everything was fine. And I had a discount because I am a healthcare worker.

I was very much satisfied with Ivette Rodriquez...I pulled up and she was there immediately and took care of me. I also bought wiper blades and she told me to bring them to her and she would make sure they were put on and they were. She was very efficient and does her job excellent!!
One thing I wasn't satisfied with is your appointment procedure...centralized appts...not good. I was 2nd caller and it took 20 minutes before I finalized my appointment. Instead of actually talking to someone at the dealership I want to go to...which has never taken me more than a couple minutes to make my appointment.
