Even I have a appointment, I still wait for 3:20 For an oil change.

I am not sure why I keep going here honestly the service is terrible all the time, but yesterday it was the appointment that finally made me realize I am never going back. From the moment I get there the “check in” guys ignored me and it wasn’t until a student comes and asks me if I need assistance that I get acknowledged after that I still have to wait another half hour to get a service guy to come and take my car details and usually from past times I get copies of what services I am getting and how much I’ll be paying (estimates) but this guy did not give me that then he tells me it’s going to take 2 hours so I go in and wait. It’s now 1230 pm and I have been there since 845 so I called him to ask for an update and go to VM so I wait then he comes and tells me about issues found which by this time I just wanted to go, but then I go back and tell him to fix a few of the things (he flashed a paper with prices but didn’t give me a copy) by the time it’s all done it’s 230pm and when I payed I asked him “what am paying for” because he didn’t explain that to me nor did he give me copies of the work my car was getting and so then he says “I showed you the paper” but he only flashed it at me as if I was supposed to remember the price list?? I asked him for my car keys and he says “I am going as fast as I can.” I really understand that his job is busy, but he was kind of arrogant and it’s frustrating to me that an oil change takes more than half a day. I really don’t need to hear from anyone regarding this issue because I have already decided that I am not going back.

Nate was extremely helpful and explained everything to me very patiently, I truly appreciate that he remembers that not everyone knows “car repair language” like the experts and answers all my questions!

Had 1 o’clock appointment, waited 15 minutes ( while employees are walking around doing nothing) I advised I’d be waiting in the lobby ( quoted 2, 21/2 ) I went to check status at 4:15. It was done. Joseph was backed up and had someone helping him. How long had my car been sitting there??? My time is of the essence just like anyone else’s. Why make appointments if this is going to happen! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere! Josephine

Thomas was a champ on Saturday. It was SO busy and there were multiple customers waiting. He kept his cool and was still super friendly and helpful to everyone. He worked quickly and effectively.
