I wanted anything that needed to be fixed or repaired to my truck to be done. There was a mix up I suppose, because when I picked my truck up, there were two items that still need to be done. The receipt said that I declined to have them fixed??? When I return from my trip I will have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to have these items addressed. Not a big hassle, but I would have preferred to have had ALL of the repairs and replacements done before I left for our road trip. Overall, still a 4 out of 5 on service, you guys are normally excellent!

It’s always a long wait before someone comes to take the info about the car. All the times I’ve been there I wait about an hour. This time it was very frustrating because they took three cars before, cars that got minutes later than me. I did not like this at all.

Was able to leave at 10:55 AM. Thank you Ryan for a great job getting this expedited. I would not have made my medical doctors appointment otherwise.

I went to get a service and add the running boards to my car. But the oil was not reset and the tire pressure were not the same on the tires after rotating. Customer service is good. But i should not have to check that oil is rest and tire pressure is correct. This is the second time for my tire pressure that is wrong and not balanced. I called to speak to supervisor and she never called me back.
