My service tech was great...but out of his control, I had issues. I was receiving emails telling me that my service was past due so I squeezed in to get my car serviced to find out that my car was not needing service yet. I made an appointment but took over 30 mins to get checked in. Then I needed to wait close to 3 hours to get my simple oil change performed. The Hours make it very hard for a working person to take half a day off to get an oil change. In addition to this when I called the dealership to reach my service manager, the operator told me that there was not a Robert in Service. I guess the operator was not informed that there was a Robert on staff. I thought I made a mistake but was explained that the operator is offsite and sometimes does not have accurate updated information. A little disappointed in my first experience in service at Norm Reeves.
